Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for sales in the region
- Develop sales strategies in Direct & channel sales, and recruit + lead all Kerala sales team.
- Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building relationships with partners, and driving sales growth.
- The role also involves setting sales targets, ensure team performance, and ensuring partner relations.
- Responsible for Account and Team Management
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with at least 10 member sales team for more than 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in either of the segments is plus:Insurance, Time share, Invest advisory, study abroad, etc.
- Strong Sales Management skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in selling high value services.
- Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹120, ₹190,000.00 per month
