We are urgently hiring for Tele Callers to join our team:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsibile for contacting leads and provide information related to Tourism Packages.
  • Responsible for making cold calls to Prospective customers
  • Responsible for lead conversion .
  • Responsible for managing and updating leads in CRM Software.
  • Managing leads from Market Place and assigning to respective Travel Consultants.
  • Coordinate and work with Travel Sales Consultant / Travel consultants to get Tour Package information, Reservation Information etc for providing to Prospective customers.
  • Responsible for meeting sales and daily call targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
  • Bachelors /Diploma in Travel and Tourism /BBA Preferrred
  • Must have 0-4 Years experience in Travel Sales,Student Counsellor, Edtech, Automobile sales highly preferred .
  • Must have good communication skills in English ( conversational skills)
  • Conversational skills in Hindi Preferred but not Mandatory .
  • Consistency in achieving sales targets .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam High Court, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
