Role Summary

The Recruitment Head will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing high-volume international recruitment campaigns, including but not limited to hospitality workforce placements in Europe and other overseas locations. This role involves leading a distributed team, developing sourcing strategies, ensuring compliance with international and Indian regulations, and being directly accountable for weekly candidate acquisition, screening, and final conversion to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning & Target Setting

  2. Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to deliver 600–800 hospitality candidates within 6–9 months for Malta and similar overseas projects.

  3. Develop annual and quarterly recruitment plans with clear weekly, monthly, and batch-wise targets.
  4. Forecast manpower requirements and allocate recruiter capacity across multiple projects.
  5. Establish KPIs for the team: sourcing numbers, pre-screen pass rates, interview-to-offer ratios, visa approval, and departure metrics.

  6. Team Leadership & Management

  7. Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of recruiters, pre-screeners, trainers, visa officers, and support staff working remotely and on-ground.

  8. Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly pipeline meetings to monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks.
  9. Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
  10. Coordinate with campus coordinators, digital marketing staff, and field recruiters to ensure a steady candidate pipeline.

  11. Candidate Sourcing & Marketing Oversight

  12. Direct the use of job portals (Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs, Indeed India) to maximize candidate inflow.

  13. Oversee partnerships with hospitality schools, colleges, and NSDC skill centers.
  14. Approve and guide digital marketing campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads, WhatsApp groups, YouTube reels) to generate leads.
  15. Implement referral incentive programs to boost candidate acquisition.

  16. Screening & Selection Oversight

  17. Ensure all pre-screening criteria are standardized (experience, English level, passport validity, relocation readiness).

  18. Monitor recruiters' pre-screen calls and quality of candidate data entry into ATS.
  19. Coordinate employer interview schedules with overseas partners.
  20. Track conversion rates from application to interview to offer to visa approval.

  21. Compliance & Documentation

  22. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with the Indian Emigration Act and host-country labor laws.

  23. Oversee visa and documentation teams collecting passports, PCC, medicals, and experience letters.
  24. Maintain accurate digital records for audits and client reporting.
  25. Work with legal/compliance consultant to resolve any regulatory issues.

  26. Reporting & Accountability

  27. Provide weekly recruitment reports to the CEO/Director, including pipeline health, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.

  28. Maintain dashboards with candidate counts at each stage (applied, pre-screened, interviewed, visa approved, departed).
  29. Flag underperforming channels or team members early and implement corrective measures.

  30. Stakeholder & Client Management

  31. Serve as the main liaison between Vishram International Services India team and overseas employers.

  32. Conduct regular check-ins with Malta staffing partners to adjust targets and hiring criteria.
  33. Ensure smooth coordination of pre-departure orientation and travel logistics with Admin/Logistics staff.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years' experience in large-scale recruitment, preferably in international or hospitality staffing.
  • Proven experience leading remote or distributed recruitment teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian emigration procedures and overseas visa requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Manatal, or similar) and digital marketing for recruitment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with aggressive targets and multiple deadlines.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time work-from-home with occasional travel to campuses, job fairs, or partner meetings in India.
  • Expected to be online during standard business hours and available for evening calls with overseas partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
