Impel Ferrocast Foundry is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage a dynamic team of Project Engineers and Marketing Engineers. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in marketing management and team leadership, with a background in industrial or manufacturing industries being highly desirable.

Team Leadership:

  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.

Marketing Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, market analysis, and campaign development, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing approaches.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with the engineering and manufacturing processes in the metal casting or foundry industry, with the ability to translate technical concepts into marketing strategies.

Market Research Skills:

  • Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and market trend identification to drive strategic decision-making.

Communication and Presentation Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Experience in project management, including setting objectives, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring successful project execution.

Digital Marketing and Analytics:

  • Proficiency in utilising digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adapt strategies accordingly.

Strategic Thinking:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives.

Customer Focus:

  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences, and to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Budget Management:

  • Experience in managing marketing budgets, optimizing expenditures, and achieving a strong return on investment (ROI).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, motivate team members, and build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and lead the team in responding to evolving challenges and opportunities.

Ethical Standards:

  • A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all marketing activities.

Industry Knowledge:

  • An understanding of the Iron casting and foundry industry, including knowledge of competitors, industry regulations, and emerging trends.
