Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Customer Success & Sales Executive
who will play a key role in managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Drive sales through lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and retention targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
