Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct training and onboarding sessions for students post-enrolment.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly support across multiple communication channels.
  • Initiate regular follow-up calls with students to track their learning progress.
  • Proactively manage student success and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to enhance the student experience.
  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant courses offered by Zell.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success, client servicing, or similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve them effectively.
  • High level of empathy and genuine passion for helping students succeed.
  • Experience using omnichannel ticketing systems (e.g., Kapture, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, with at least one weekend working day (Saturday or Sunday).
