Role :
To oversee branch administration, ensure smooth workflow across teams, and support business growth through effective coordination and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor branch operations independently.
- Coordinate with Technical, Sales, Admin, Data, and Programming teams for seamless workflow.
- Supervise output extraction, evaluation, and reporting to management.
- Support branch head in strategic planning, process improvement, and performance monitoring.
- Drive discipline, efficiency, and policy adherence within the branch.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data handling, and process monitoring.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver timely outputs.
Qualification & Experience
- BE / MBA mandatory.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or branch management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
