About the Company
Derik Motor Pvt Ltd is a reputed automobile dealership known for its commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager – Commercial (Admin) to handle the company's commercial, administrative, and operational activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and administrative operations of the dealership.
- Oversee vendor management, purchase orders, billing, and payment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, contracts, and documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance related to company operations (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments for smooth operations.
- Manage office administration, including facility management, inventory, and logistics.
- Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure high performance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in commercial or administrative roles (preferably in the automobile sector).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
