Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services in aquaculture, water treatment, and technology solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities with government, institutional, and industrial clients.
  • Manage branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Plan and execute lead generation activities through exhibitions, trade fairs, and digital marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise preparation of marketing content, brochures, videos, and presentations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure alignment of marketing and business goals.
  • Handle proposal writing, tender participation, and bid support for government/institutional projects.
  • Track and report marketing ROI and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in marketing and business development (experience in aquaculture, biotech, pharma, water treatment, or related industries is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a small team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong business acumen with a result-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time
