They also handle consultant onboarding and offboarding, maintain an updated database of consultants, and stay informed about market trends to optimize placement opportunities. Effective communication, networking skills, and an understanding of IT roles are crucial for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹43,152.63 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
