Job Summary:

You will handle inbound and outbound B2B client communications, convert leads into business clients, and achieve sales targets for Sky Ocean Shipping's freight forwarding and logistics services. This is an office-based role located in Malappuram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B sales inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up and convert warm and cold leads into long-term clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth client service.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with exporters, importers, and manufacturers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales or tele-sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related B2B industry (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in dealing with B2B clients such as exporters, importers, and manufacturers.
  • Good Communication skills in Malayalam and English (both verbal and written).
  • Target-driven, proactive, and professional attitude.
  • Must be able to work full-time from the Malappuram office.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
