Role Description

This is a full-time field position for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The role entails identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client and partner relationships, and creating strategic plans to drive growth. You will represent Globelance, making on-site visits to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet business objectives is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, including negotiation and lead generation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities
  • Strategic planning, market research, and client engagement skills
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to meet targets in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms, tech-driven solutions, or consulting is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site engagements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience is needed.
