Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters for
    Domestic IT staffing.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates.
  • Work closely with clients and internal account managers to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
  • Maintain strong pipelines for recurring roles and ensure closure within SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with client on-boarding requirements and internal hiring processes.
  • Track team performance, provide mentorship, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Manage relationship building with consultants, vendors, and clients to support continuous hiring needs.

Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.

Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 - 12 years of experience in Domestic IT staffing;
  • Ability to handle pressure, meets tight deadlines, and manages multiple client requirements.
  • Prior experience in vendor or team management will be an added advantage.
