Role Overview

The Site Delivery Lead Hyderabad will be responsible for leading delivery operations, providing technical direction, and ensuring excellence across all customer and internal engagements. This is a strategic leadership role, managing multi-functional delivery teams, enabling technical execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to global clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in IT consulting, outsourcing delivery, project governance, and technical program management, along with the ability to drive engineering excellence and mentor teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Hyderabad delivery center and manage day-to-day operations, team performance, and delivery excellence.
  • Provide technical and architectural guidance across projects involving full-stack development, data engineering, AI/ML, and cloud solutions.
  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability, ensuring project success through planning, execution, and governance.
  • Collaborate with global leadership and customer stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization of delivery practices, and adoption of agile methodologies across teams.
  • Manage resource allocation, team capacity, and skill development to meet current and upcoming project demands.
  • Ensure delivery profitability through efficient project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Represent Paves Technologies Hyderabad delivery center in customer governance meetings, reviews, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Mentor and develop local leadership and technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT consulting, outsourcing, or technology services delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary technology programs and global delivery engagements.
  • Strong background in software engineering, with hands-on understanding of application development, data systems, cloud architectures, or AI-driven solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, including experience interfacing with senior client executives.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or payments domains preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and deliver projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are an advantage.
