Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and professional Female Telly Caller with 1–2 years of experience to handle outbound calls, inbound queries, lead generation, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for lead generation.
  • Explain company products/services clearly.
  • Maintain customer data and call records.
  • Follow up on potential leads to convert them.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer queries.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and target goals.
  • Share daily call reports with the team leader.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred).
  • Polite, confident, and customer-friendly behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
  • 1–2 years experience in telecalling/customer support.

Additional Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-focused.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
