**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Location**: Vortex Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd., Mahanagar, Lucknow

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to solar service complaints
- Register and track complaints in system
- Coordinate with service/technical team for resolution
- Provide basic troubleshooting guidance to customers
- Follow up until issue is resolved & ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Electrical preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in customer support/telecalling (solar/electrical field preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic knowledge of solar/inverters/electrical systems
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM etc.)
