We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented **Loan Tele Caller Executive** to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, understanding their financial needs and guiding them towards suitable loan products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads, introducing **Prominent Finance Service** and our comprehensive range of loan services (e.g., personal loans, business loans, home loans, vehicle loans, etc.).
- **Effectively assess and understand client financial needs and eligibility criteria** to recommend appropriate loan products from our partner banks.
- Clearly articulate the benefits, features, and basic terms of various loan types.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for qualified clients with our senior loan advisors for in-depth consultation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and clients as needed to nurture relationships, collect necessary information, and ensure progress.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, qualified leads generated, and appointments set.
- Stay updated on current loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and policies of our partner banks.

- **Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and English with a clear, professional, and persuasive speaking ability.**:

- Strong eagerness to learn about financial products and the loan industry.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet Browse).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
