We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken individual to manage daily communication with our social media clients. The role involves regularly connecting with clients to collect content and guide them in sharing access to their Facebook and Instagram pages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to clients to gather photos, videos, offers, and other content for their social media accounts.
- Follow up consistently to ensure timely submissions.
- Assist clients over the phone with access setup for Facebook and Instagram.
- Address basic support questions related to account login, access issues, or content sharing.
- Maintain accurate logs of conversations and client updates.
- Offer friendly and professional service to keep clients engaged and satisfied.
- Update internal records and WhatsApp threads with received content.
- Make periodic reminder calls to ensure project timelines are met.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a phone support, customer service, or client coordination role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable handling multiple follow-ups and managing daily client interaction.
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms.
- Good listening skills, patience, and ability to explain technical steps simply.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Worked with salon, spa, or service-based clients.
- Basic understanding of social media content processes.
- Experience with CRMs or Excel to track client updates.
