**Inbound Tele calling**:
Releave customer queries related to products, services,orders,accounts or Technically support.

Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction metrics.

provide accurate,valid and complete information using the right tools and methods.

**Outbound Telecalling**:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers for product promotion, follwo-ups or feedback.

Pitch services and explian their benefits persuasively.

Conduct surveys or collect feedbacks from customers.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
