**We are looking for an responsible Telley Caller.**
- **Providing Product/Service Information**: Offer detailed information about the company's products or services, including features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- **Assisting with Technical Support**: Help customers troubleshoot technical issues with products or services, providing step-by-step guidance or escalating complex issues to specialized support teams.
- **Handling Complaints and Concerns**: Listen attentively to customer complaints, empathize with their concerns, and work towards resolving issues satisfactorily while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- **Maintaining Customer Records**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other designated systems.
- **Following Up**: Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and inquire about their overall experience with the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Temporary

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
