**Providing Product/Service Information**: Offer detailed information about the company's products or services, including features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.

**Handling Complaints and Concerns**: Listen attentively to customer complaints, empathize with their concerns, and work towards resolving issues satisfactorily while adhering to company policies and procedures

**Providing Feedback to Management**: Report recurring issues, customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement to the appropriate department or management team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
