**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tellecalling & Lead Conversion:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into admissions.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, admission procedures, and benefits.
- Counseling & Guidance:

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Assist students in making informed decisions about their career and education.
- Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Management:

- Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up with potential students.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure satisfaction.
**- Reporting & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the admissions team and provide daily/weekly reports.
- Keep track of admission targets and work towards achieving them.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offering

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle student queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, and data entry).
- Fluency in English and is preferred.
- Goal-oriented and ability to meet targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
