- Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide product/service information
- Explain company services in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain records of conversations and update CRM regularly
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into potential business
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets
- Provide excellent customer experience and build rapport

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer support/sales will be an added advantage
