**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Generate leads and maintain a proper database of customer information.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team lead.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.

**Requirements & Skills**

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language as per requirement)
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
Persuasive speaking skills and patience while handling customers
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
