JOB TITLE:
Export Logistics & Documentation Executive (female candidate).
Job Location: Kharghar, Navi-Mumbai.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Logistics & Documentation Executive to manage the end-to-end export process, including logistics coordination, export documentation, shipment tracking, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate documentation to facilitate smooth international shipments while maintaining compliance with export laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and freight forwarders to schedule and dispatch international shipments.
Prepare and verify export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, shipping instructions, etc.
Ensure adherence to all export laws, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation as per LC (Letter of Credit) or buyer requirements.
Track shipments, resolve logistical issues, and communicate with customers, shipping lines, and CHA (Customs House Agents).
Liaise with banks for export documentation under LC/DA/DP terms.
File shipping bills and maintain records of all export documentation for audits.
Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
Update and maintain documentation data in ERP systems or internal databases.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.
Familiarity with documentation requirements under LC and other payment terms.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle) is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export logistics and documentation (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Certification in EXIM procedures or international trade (optional but preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
