Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and regulatory filings (TDS, GST).
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, including VVIP accounts and overseas transactions.
  • Maintain internal controls, data confidentiality, and financial compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors and handle statutory audits and tax returns.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee accounting processes including month/year-end closing, budgeting, treasury, and fixed assets.
  • Oversee Foreign remittances and transactions of overseas offices.
  • Finalising accounts to manage balance sheets & Profit/ Loss statements.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 12 to 16 years of experience in the industry or industry-related sectors.
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Total work experience years.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team towards operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Qualifications:
  • CA/ICWA/MBA or Bachelor's degree equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Traits:
  • High professional stability and integrity.
  • Strong decision-making and strategic thinking capabilities.
