Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Executive, youll be instrumental in:
- Engaging with potential buyers to understand needs and pitch Urbanbricks vision of premium, sustainable plots.
- Conducting site tours of NA bungalow plots and guiding prospects through their investment journey.
- Maintaining and updating customer interactions and lead data in CRM systems.
- Collaborating closely with sales teams to enhance lead conversion.
- Following up with clients from inquiries, referrals, digital channels, and site visits.
- Providing regular lead status and conversion reports to leadership.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA (especially in Marketing) is a plus.
- Experience: 3-6 years in real estate pre-sales, sales coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
