Job Title:
Desktop Support – Intern / Executive / Senior Executive

Location:
PAN India (Priority: Mumbai & Pune)

Client Requirement:
Hiring across experience levels for desktop support roles to meet client needs.

Roles Available & Compensation:

  • Interns
    – ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 stipend/month
  • Duration:
    6–12 months
  • Post-internship:
    Eligible for full-time deployment based on performance
  • Executives (L1 Support)
    – ₹21,000 to ₹25,000 CTC/month
  • Senior Executives (L2 Support)
    – ₹26,000 to ₹30,000 CTC/month

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows, Mac, Linux)
  • Handle OS installation, configuration, and updates
  • Support remote desktop and ticketing systems
  • Ensure timely resolution and escalation when needed

Shift Timing:
Rotational / General Shift based on project requirements
