Role Summary:
Clearpack is looking for a Asst./Dy. Manager-Sales - Greater Noida who is passionate about building a culture of micro-mobility in North Region.
Product Line:
Packaging machinery
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving order booking and invoicing targets monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually basis for the given region.
- Develop region wise business plan and sales strategy for the market in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage region and individual performances.
- Monthly submission of all sales related reports and timely action to prevent shortfall on targets given.
- Preparation of Visit reports on every visit.
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales.
- Create pipeline for future business.
- Analyse the regions market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects for self and team members in your region.
- Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Coordination for participation in exhibitions in the region.
- Follow company culture policy.
Qualifications & Competencies Required
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate.
- 5-10 Years of sales experience for packaging machines.
- Be a self-starter who thrives in a rapidly growing organization.
- Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
