Role & responsibilities

Direct management of large, complex real estate projects with responsibility for site

analysis, permitting and approvals, budget control, estimating, design and construction

coordination, and project scheduling. Experience with ground up new construction

preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be responsible for P & L responsibility for the entire Real estate business, driving large direct as well as indirect teams to ensure alignment between various functions.
  • Enterprising Engineering and Management Professional offering a distinguished career donning leadership roles in managing and executing wide range of Residential construction projects
  • Professional competencies in mobilizing and judiciously managing resources with structured inputs in the domains of project planning, designing, scheduling and monitoring to ensure project accomplishment within defined time / cost parameters.
  • Armed with a clear understanding of the ISO & Industrial Standards and Safety Norms while commissioning projects; demonstrated capability in conceptualizing and effecting process initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Consummate professional with rich experience in construction technology and management and project finance coupled with structured inputs in the areas of design & development of project plans, and financial planning.
  • Articulate communicator with proven acumen in coordinating with Users / Clients, Architects,

Designers, Technical Examiners, Consultants to discuss the technicalities of the project as well as the Labor to smoothly commission the project in schedule.

  • Proven track record of making significant contributions by deploying and setting systems, at the same time bringing about considerable cost reductions, while ensuring efficiency and quality benchmarks of the projects.
  • Ensure delivery & execution meet standards, expectations & targets of cost, quality & timelines
