Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our real estate projects within our builder company. The Project Manager will be responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The role requires a strong background in real estate development, construction management, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align with project objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

2. Budget & Cost Management

  • Prepare and manage project budgets with accurate cost estimation and control.
  • Monitor expenses, track project financials, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Approve expenditures, invoices, and change orders.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Set and enforce quality standards for construction, materials, and finishes.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Address deviations promptly and implement corrective actions.

4. Schedule & Timeline Management

  • Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress, identify delays, and ensure on-time completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely material and service delivery.

5. Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Identify risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve conflicts, challenges, and unforeseen issues proactively.
  • Maintain smooth workflow to avoid project disruptions.

6. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators.
  • Ensure transparent communication within project teams.
  • Provide periodic project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate & construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Procore and MS Office Suite.
  • PMP or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver results.
