Role Overview

Agzistence is inviting applications for an experienced
Project Manager
based in
Bhubaneswar
, who can plan, manage, coordinate, and liaise across multiple stakeholders, while ensuring the highest standards in monitoring, data handling, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about impact-driven work in agriculture and development.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee project activities from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and field staff to ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise with government, NGO, and corporate stakeholders for approvals and collaboration.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Conduct field monitoring visits and ensure compliance with project objectives.
  • Support reporting with evidence-based documentation and progress updates.

Data Handling & Analysis

  • Oversee collection, management, and validation of project data.
  • Maintain project databases and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Provide insights and analysis to inform decision-making.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure quality checks at every stage of project implementation.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify risks, flag deviations, and implement corrective measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in agriculture, CSR, or the development sector.
  • Strong skills in monitoring, reporting, and data handling.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to travel to project sites when required.
