About the Role
We're looking for a highly experienced Site Manager or Site Director to lead all on-site operations for our high-rise civil construction projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site project activities from start to finish, ensuring compliance with plans and safety protocols.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all on-site matters with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Mentor and guide junior staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10-13 years of proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
