Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in ERP Sales, located in Noida. The role involves driving new business development, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting customized ERP solutions to meet clients' unique business needs. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and execute effective strategies for ERP sales.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess market trends and client needs to tailor solutions.
  • Experience in scoping the solution and preparing cost estimates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Prior experience in ERP sales is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team, meet targets, and stay updated with industry advancements.
