Fi Money is a new age money management app designed to simplify your financial life. With Fi, you can save, pay, invest, or borrow, all in one place. You can track and analyze your expenses across Fi and all your other bank accounts. You can also apply for a credit card, access instant loans, and grow your wealth and more with our range of investment options.
As a Relationship Manager, you'll work closely with corporate partners to ensure a seamless experience for employees opening and using Fi Salary Accounts. Your focus will be on trust-building, strong communication, and delivering an outstanding experience that makes Fi the preferred choice for both employers and employees.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR and Finance teams at partner companies.
- Drive smooth onboarding of employees into Fi Salary Accounts through regular engagement and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner companies, resolving queries and ensuring exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely account activations, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Educate employees on Fi's salary account benefits, encouraging adoption and deeper engagement.
- Collect feedback from partners and employees to refine offerings and enhance satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, corporate salary accounts, or client servicing (banking/fintech preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
