Job Summary:

The Senior Chef de Partie (Multi-Cuisine) is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section and ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines (e.g., Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian, etc.). The role requires excellent culinary skills, creativity, leadership, and the ability to maintain consistency and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support junior chefs and commis in assigned sections.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty according to standards.
  • Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet company quality and presentation requirements.
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing for multiple cuisines.
  • Maintain inventory control, reduce waste, and manage portion control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Train and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and request maintenance when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • 4–6 years of experience in a professional kitchen, including at least 2 years as CDP or Sr. CDP.
  • Strong knowledge of at least two international cuisines (e.g., Indian, Chinese, Continental, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

  • Menu innovation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in live counters and buffet setups.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to team success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹28,225.85 per month
