We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior -Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This pivotal role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional within the freight forwarding and logistics industry who possesses an established network and an intimate understanding of the Tamil Nadu market. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our market share, and cultivating lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging an existing healthy customer base and professional network within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deepen our market penetration across Tamil Nadu, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of regional logistics landscapes and competitive dynamics.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their evolving logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on high- value engagements that foster mutually beneficial, "win-win" partnerships.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within Tamil Nadu to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Operational Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of [3 to 5] years of progressive sales experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales quotas.

Extensive Client Portfolio: Possess a significant and active client base ready for transition and growth, demonstrating a strong capability for business development.

Deep Market Knowledge: In-depth, hands-on understanding of the Tamil Nadu logistics market, including key industries, major players, and specific regional requirements.

Commercial Acumen: A "street-smart" approach to sales, characterized by quick thinking, adaptability, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close complex deals effectively.

Exceptional Time Management: Highly organized with superior time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple accounts, and optimizing daily field activities.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural aptitude for building rapport and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

Attitude: A proactive, resilient, and "win-win" attitude, committed to continuous market engagement and achieving outstanding results.

Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related sales field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
