Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and problem-solving, with excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Design and develop workflow charts and diagrams to visualize business processes.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, Shell scripting, and Perl/Python scripting.
- Experience with monitoring daily processes and analyzing market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skills: Business Analyst, hits YOY KPIs utilization, QA rate, build success rate, and accuracy.
- Knowledge of operating systems, Shell scripting, Perl/Python scripting, Monitoring the daily process, and market trends.
- Notice Period: 0-30 days.
- Education: B.Tech or BCA/MCA equivalent.
