Job Overview:
The Director Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the executive team by ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and strategic planning. This role acts as a bridge between departments, external partners, and clients, helping streamline administrative processes and enabling leadership to focus on high-priority tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and resource allocation.
- Decision Support: Analyze issues, propose solutions, and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with departments to gather data, provide updates, and align efforts with company goals.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead small projects, mentor junior staff, and support team development.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, propose innovations, and implement changes.
- Client & Technical Support: Represent executives in meetings, handle technical tasks, and manage client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in executive support or administrative roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software, project management tools, and calendar/database systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, leadership, and attention to detail.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with business operations and compliance standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
