Business Development Manager
. This role will be pivotal in driving new client acquisitions, strengthening partnerships, and expanding our footprint in the retail staffing market. The ideal candidate will join a visionary team that thrives on innovation, excellence, and a future-focused approach to redefining retail staffing solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Drive sales of Truman staffing services by acquiring new clients.
Relationship Building:
Identify key decision-makers within target prospects and build long-term strategic relationships.
Sales Execution:
Conduct discovery meetings, present tailored solutions, and respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to win new business.
Networking:
Represent Truman at industry events, conferences, and professional associations to enhance visibility and develop leads.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in CRM, forecast monthly / quarterly / annual goals, and track outcomes against KPIs.
Key requirements:
Proven Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as per the above mentioned key responsibilities.
Sales Achievement:
Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Industry Exposure:
Prior experience working with Staffing or recruitment organizations serving enterprise and blue chip clients.
Education:
Master's degree from reputed institute / college / university desirable.
