Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Manager, located in Gurugram. The Technical Manager will oversee technical support, manage teams, and handle project management tasks. The responsibilities include coordinating research and development (R&D) efforts, ensuring the smooth execution of technical initiatives, and providing high-level technical guidance to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in Team Management and Project Management to lead and coordinate teams efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support to resolve technical issues and ensure systems operate effectively.
  • Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve project outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
