Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Manager Mobility to oversee and support multiple digital platforms, including mobile applications, web portals, and backend APIs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution, requirement clarity, and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile apps, web portals, backend systems, and APIs.
  • Act as a liaison between Developers, Business Teams, and QA to ensure effective communication and timely delivery.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Test Cases.
  • Conduct Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate end-to-end solutions.
  • Write and execute SQL/Oracle queries for data validation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support AWS Cloud Services operations and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) configurations and monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to security standards, particularly REST API integration and JWT authentication mechanisms.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing and supporting technology solutions.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on development experience with:

  • Flutter (mobile app development)

  • (backend development)
  • (web development)

  • Cloud technologies (preferably AWS)

  • Strong understanding of SQL, Oracle databases, REST APIs, and JWT authentication.

  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
