Immediate Hiring: Technical Manager | Chennai

Mvida, a trusted partner in HR & Staffing Solutions, is urgently hiring a Technical Project Manager on behalf of our client NAC. This is a critical replacement position that needs to be onboarded within few days to ensure seamless delivery and avoid project disruption.

Budget: Up to 28 LPA (including 10% variable)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 12–15 years

Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Technical Manager
who can balance Project Management (70%) and Technical Leadership (30%). The ideal candidate will have end-to-end delivery experience, with the ability to manage 40–50 team members while driving client success.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead cross-functional teams (Java, Database, IT Infrastructure – Azure).


• Collaborate with architects to finalize design approaches.


• Manage Azure-related operations (AD, DLs, WAF, Load Balancers, B2C, resource utilization).


• Validate solutions, ensuring practicality and timely delivery.


• Assign, track, and review tasks, ensuring smooth deployments.


• Anticipate customer needs, manage risks, and drive proactive delivery.


• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to secure approvals.


• Manage integration impacts across applications.


• Ensure governance, reporting, and transparent communication.

Ideal Candidate:


• 12–15 years of Technical Project Management experience.


• Strong Java technology background with hands-on leadership exposure.


• Proven ability to manage large teams (40–50 members).


• Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services.


• Strong client-facing & stakeholder management skills.
