About the Role:
We are seeking a
Technical Product Manager (TPM)
to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Omniful's technology-driven products. The ideal candidate will combine
strong technical expertise
with a
strategic product mindset
, ensuring that our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements, drive development cycles, and deliver best-in-class SaaS products. You should have a deep understanding of how systems interact, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and be able to translate product concepts into detailed technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the
technical vision, strategy, and roadmap
for Omniful's product suite.
- Translate business needs into
technical specifications, workflows, and system designs
.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and performant product delivery.
- Prioritize and manage the
technical product backlog
, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Customer Success) to deliver high-quality releases.
- Evaluate and make decisions on
technical trade-offs
, system architecture, and design implications.
- Define and track
product success metrics
, including performance, reliability, and adoption.
- Conduct market and competitive research to guide product evolution and technical innovation.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support internal and external teams with
technical documentation, integration guidance, and go-to-market readiness
.
Technical Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in
Technical Product Management
, ideally in SaaS, Enterprise Tech, or Platform Products.
- Strong understanding of
software architecture, APIs, microservices, and data workflows
.
- Proven ability to work with engineering teams on
system design, integrations, and scalability challenges
.
- Experience writing clear
PRDs, technical specifications, and user stories
in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as
Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, and analytics platforms
.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
and modern CI/CD practices is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
