About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution for our product engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven expertise in documentation, process compliance, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of software products, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, QA, design, DevOps) to define project goals and delivery plans.
  • Establish and manage project governance, sprint planning, risk management, and progress tracking.
  • Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation, including:
  • Technical specifications
  • Functional & non-functional requirements
  • Architecture and design documentation
  • Project charters, status reports, and risk registers
  • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and drive continuous improvements in processes.
  • Act as the single point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels.
  • Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, defect leakage, release predictability) and drive improvements.
  • Facilitate release planning and coordinate deployment activities with engineering and DevOps teams.
  • Mentor team members in best practices for documentation, estimation, and delivery management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a product-based organization.
  • Strong background in software engineering or technical project management with the ability to understand technical concepts.
  • Proven expertise in creating and maintaining project and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and modern software architectures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications (preferred).

Good to Have

  • Exposure to global clients and distributed teams.
  • Experience in compliance and process documentation (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelin
