About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 15+ years of expertise in managing large-scale technology projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and proven experience in driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies as per project needs.

Monitor and report project progress, KPIs, and status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and issues proactively.

Drive effective communication across engineering, QA, DevOps, product management, and client teams.

Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards in all deliverables.

Key Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

15+ years of experience in Project Management within technology or product-based organizations.

Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of software development, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-budget, multi-stakeholder projects.

Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or other project management certifications (preferred).
