About the Role: Lead Generation – Client Acquisition & Sales (Network Team)
Domain: B2B Sales | Market Research | Business Development
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: In-office, 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: 4–6 Years | MBA Preferred

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong experience in B2B lead generation and consultative sales to fuel our client acquisition engine. This role is central to expanding our market presence by identifying and engaging high-potential clients, nurturing prospects, and supporting deal conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to decision-makers (CXOs, senior leadership) at target organizations (brands, consulting firms, etc.)
Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry mapping
Understand client needs and position 1Lattice's research and intelligence offerings effectively
Schedule and manage 3–4 high-quality meetings weekly with potential clients
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and support the full sales cycle from discovery to closure
Track industry trends and maintain competitive awareness to tailor outreach strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to build custom proposals and pitches
Foster relationships to enable cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Own business metrics, P&L responsibility, and contribute to quarterly sales targets
Who Will Succeed in This Role?
4–6 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B business development
Background in market research, consulting, or business intelligence is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to generate qualified leads and set up C-level conversations
Understanding of sales processes, research execution, and client lifecycle management
Existing connects in mid to large enterprises are a plus
Self-starter with strong ownership, team spirit, and an appetite for fast-paced growth
