Job Description: Lead Associate, Consumer Insights and Primary ResearchPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Associate to join our Consumer Insights and Primary Research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex business questions into data-driven analytical solutions, driving innovation, and delivering impactful insights to address client needs.Key Responsibilities:Research and Analysis:
• End to end management of research studies, including idea screening, concept testing, ad testing, ad effectiveness test, pre/post product development studies.
• Translate complex business questions into data-driven analytical solutions.
• Develop or provide input in designing research briefs.
• Design and review questionnaires to ensure they meet research objectives.
• Analyze consumer reviews, focus group transcripts, and other qualitative data using generative AI tools.
• Work with tools such as SPSS, MS Excel, Mintel, BPS, Circana data, DIY research tools, Numerator (plus to have).
• Synthesize complex datasets from primary and quantitative research into actionable insights.
• Implement and apply methodologies including:o Concept Testing & Brand Health/Equity Studieso Monadic Testingo Flavor Testingo Claim Testingo Need assessment studyo Whitespace researcho Attitude & usage studyInsight Generation:
• Craft compelling insights, recommendations, and strategic solutions to drive innovation.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to the growth of the innovation and incubation department.Project Execution and Delivery:
• Take hands-on ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Own and drive projects independently while managing vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Deliver impactful presentations (emails, conference calls, Word documents, PowerPoint decks) to address client needs.Top Skills Required:

• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SPSS, MS Excel, Mintel, BPS, Circana/IRI or Nielson ID data.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for qualitative data analysis.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Personal Attributes:
