**Responsibilities**:

- S upports reporting on the Banking OU’s marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital capabilities and marketing. Leverage various reporting tools and data platforms to measure marketing efforts and performance, and deliver actionable and meaningful insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales and Marketing to support our solution marketing strategy, amalgamate information and connect relevant data points, lead analytical deep-dives to understand top/bottom funnel drivers, identify opportunities for marketing
- Support the tracking of the Marketing budget and resources needed to execute the strategy, partner with internal stakeholders to develop dashboard roadmaps and structures, define the key performance indicators, and understand data capabilities
- Report on campaigns, monthly, quarterly and yearly results to demonstrate how the marketing team is contributing to global MA objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience analyzing marketing campaigns or in a data analytics role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of marketing campaigns and strategies to be able to draw insights on marketing performance and communicate these
- Key marketing platforms; Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics;
- Analytical platforms; Excel and Tableau, SQL to maintain datasets appreciated
- Able to interact with colleagues in cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or related
field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related role in Marketing and Data Analytics
