Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily warehouse operations across factories.
  • Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and food compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with SCM, procurement, production, and logistics teams.
  • Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows for efficiency.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports on warehouse and delivery performance.

Requirements

  • Graduate with diploma / PG in Warehouse, Logistics, or related field.
  • 10-15 years' experience in warehouse management (food industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/Tally).
  • Experience managing multiple warehouses and delivery schedules.
  • Familiar with HACCP/ISO/FSSC food safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
